I unfortunately purchased this app without careful observation of it’s description. After downloading it and clicking on, ‘About All Video Converter-Pro’ they listed the following information…

Engineering: Some People
Human Interface Design: Some other people
Testing: Hopefully not nobody
Documentation: Whoever
